The invoice accompanying this letter will already reflect these changes.   The basic structure of the ADSL costing is as follows: A client can purchase an ADSL service which will include a number of Gigabytes for one month. These Gigabytes will be charged at R68.00 each including VAT. Should the client exceed the number of Gigabytes purchased in a month, they may buy top-up Gigabytes at a cost of R88.00 each including VAT. We are also in the process of improving our systems to allow clients to better manage their own ADSL services. Shortly, clients will be: notified of their account status via SMS when they each 80% of their monthly cap able to implement their own account upgrades via a web portal able to monitor all usage data related to their ADSL service able to monitor from which phone number their ADSL username is being used We will be advising clients of the status of the new features in the next letter.
